ABI numbers give some hope

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) (Washington, DC) released its October Architectural Billings Index numbers this morning, with the 46.1 overall score the highest since August 2008. New project inquiries dipped slighlty from September to October (from 59.1 to 58.5).
